How much do you lend?

The loan amount is dependent on the type of asset you bring in for appraisal.

We have granted loans against both movable and immovable assets ranging from R20,000 up to R10 million.

How is asset value determined?

We use expert independent appraisers to determine the market value of your asset, taking into account the asset’s age and condition. You are welcome to have your asset appraised independently to ensure our appraisal is accurate.

What happens to my asset after I have signed an agreement?

Once you have signed your loan agreement, your asset is put into storage in a secure, off-site location with 24 hour surveillance.

Are my assets insured?

We insure all assets once they are handed over. However, it is a good idea to insure your assets while you are en-route to our offices and prior to their collection after your loan is paid off.

When do I start paying interest on my loan?

Interest is calculated and paid on a monthly basis.

Can I extend the loan period?

The loan period can be extended if all of your payments are up to date. To extend your loan period you will need to complete additional documents.
